Nearchimica is a global manufacturer and supplier of chemical auxiliaries and dyes for the textile sector. Our headquarter is based in Legnano, near Milan. We offer a diversified range of products towards the needs of our customers, with specialized performance. We work in more than 30 countries, with two production sites, distributors, and local agencies.

1979 - Today

Our Story

Neartex was founded in 1979 by Mr. Alfredo Camera, with the distribution of dyes. Then, the production unit of chemical auxiliaries for the textile sector was opened. The two business units are integrated into a single company Nearchimica. Today Nearchimica offers over 40 years of knowledge and experience in the field of chemistry and its application in the textile industry.

1979

Alfredo Camera founds NEARTEX for the distribution of dyes after the experiences done in the multinationals Sandoz and ICI

1981

NEW PLANT to produce the Textile Auxiliaries

1986

NEARTEX and NEARCHIMICA merged into NEARCHIMICA S.p.A

1993

New Location for HEAD QUARTER, OFFICE, and PRODUCTION PLANT

1998

Starts in Europe and North Africa

2003

Establishment & Development for new markets in Middle East, Far East and South America

2014

New production plant in Central America (Colombia).NEARCHIMICA AMERICA S.a.s.

2015

Opening of the new Show Room to show “the transformation of textiles with the support of chemistry”

2016-2017-2018

Opening of the new DC, development center, in Legnano. Start up of the new semi-industrial line of coating, kiss roll and continuous impregnation for fabric. New additional equipments for garment dyeing and denim: Laser, Ozone, Nebulizer.

We become Blue Sign system partner

Installation of the photovoltai system for a conscious use of renewable energy resources
